						<section><p>All persons hired by the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> whose job duties involve access to or handling of the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span>&#x2019;s funds or merchandise shall be subject to a criminal history records check before, and as a condition of, employment.
		The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall develop policies regarding the employment of persons who have been convicted of a <span class="dictionary">felony</span> or a <span class="dictionary">crime</span> involving <span class="dictionary">moral turpitude</span>.
		The Department of State Police shall be reimbursed by the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> for the cost of investigations conducted pursuant to this section.</p></section></text><history>1994, c. 34; 2015, cc. 38, 730; 2017, cc. 698, 707.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
