						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">privilege</span> of any <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> to <span class="dictionary">sell</span> or serve <span class="dictionary">alcoholic beverages</span> shall extend to such <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> and to all agents or employees of such <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> for the purpose of selling or serving <span class="dictionary">alcoholic beverages</span> under such license. The <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> may be held liable for any violation of this subtitle or any <span class="dictionary">Board</span> regulation committed by such agents or employees in connection with their employment.</p></section></text><history>1968, c. 7, &#xA7; 4-98.4; 1981, c. 381, &#xA7; 4-37.2; 1993, c. 866.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
