						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> shall offer a training course to retail <span class="dictionary">licensees</span> and their employees to train such <span class="dictionary">licensees</span> and employees to recognize and report instances of suspected human trafficking. Such training course shall be an online course developed by the Department of Criminal Justice Services pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Powers and duties of the Board and the Department" href="/9.1-102/">9.1-102</a> and provided at no cost to retail <span class="dictionary">licensees</span> and their employees or an alternative online or in-person training course approved by the Department of Criminal Justice Services.</p></section></text><history>2025, c. 231.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
