						<section><p>If two or more persons conspire together to do any act which is in violation of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Illegal manufacture and bottling; penalty" href="/4.1-300/">4.1-300</a>, and one or more of these persons does any act to effect the <span class="dictionary">object</span> of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be guilty of a Class 6 <span class="dictionary">felony</span>.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 70, &#xA7; 4-57.1; 1993, c. 866.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
