						<section><p>It shall be unlawful for any applicant for a banquet, <span class="dictionary">special events</span>, or <span class="dictionary">mixed beverage</span> <span class="dictionary">special events</span> license pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Retail licenses" href="/4.1-206.3/">4.1-206.3</a> to knowingly make a false statement in <span class="dictionary">order</span> to secure a license or to alter, change, borrow, or lend or attempt to use, borrow, or lend a license.
