						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">licensee</span>, permittee, or applicant for a license or permit authorized by this subtitle shall have the right to be represented by <span class="dictionary">counsel</span> at any <span class="dictionary">Board</span> <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> for which he has received notice. The <span class="dictionary">licensee</span>, permittee, or applicant shall not be required to be represented by <span class="dictionary">counsel</span> during such <span class="dictionary">hearing</span>. Any officer or director of a corporation may examine, cross-examine, and question witnesses, present <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> on behalf of the corporation, and draw conclusions and make arguments before the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> officers without being in violation of the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Penalty for practicing without authority" href="/54.1-3904/">54.1-3904</a>.</p></section></text><history>2021, Sp.
