						<section><p>Any person who gives advance notice of any safety or health inspection to be conducted under the provisions of this title without authority of the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> or his authorized representative shall be guilty of a <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span> and upon <span class="dictionary">conviction</span> shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.</p></section></text><history>1973, c. 425; 1994, c. 28.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
