						<section><p>Any notice authorized or required by this chapter, except the notice required by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="How owner or general contractor made personally liable to subcontractor, laborer or materialman" href="/43-11/">43-11</a>, may be served by any sheriff or constable who shall make return of the time and manner of service; or any such notice may be served by certified or registered mail and a return receipt therefor shall be prima facie <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of receipt.</p></section></text><history>1968, c. 568; 1971, Ex.
