						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> In <span class="dictionary">order</span> to ensure that explosives are used only in accordance with applicable state and federal <span class="dictionary">laws</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Director</span> may adopt regulations requiring the training, examination, and certification of <span class="dictionary">persons</span> engaging in or directly responsible for blasting or the use, storage, and handling of explosives in coal surface mining operations. <a id="paragraph-280963" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/45.2-1004/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
