						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">lien</span> acquired under this article shall be satisfied to the extent of the value of the consideration received at the time of transfer of ownership. Any unsatisfied portion shall remain as a <span class="dictionary">lien</span> on the property and may be satisfied in accordance with this section. If an owner fails to satisfy a <span class="dictionary">lien</span> as provided in this section, the <span class="dictionary">Director</span> may proceed to enforce the <span class="dictionary">lien</span> by a <span class="dictionary">petition</span> filed in the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the county or city in which the property or some portion thereof is located.</p></section></text><history>2017, c. 4, &#xA7; 45.1-186.8; 2021, Sp.
