						<section><p>If, during any operation, it is found that the <span class="dictionary">operator</span>&#x2019;s estimate of the amount of <span class="dictionary">disturbed land</span> for which <span class="dictionary">bond</span> or other security has been posted for <span class="dictionary">reclamation</span> is less than the actual area disturbed, the <span class="dictionary">Director</span> shall <span class="dictionary">order</span> the <span class="dictionary">operator</span> to file additional <span class="dictionary">bond</span> or security sufficient to cover an amended estimate of land to be disturbed by such operation.</p></section></text><history>1968, c. 734, &#xA7; 45.1-187; 1974, c. 312; 2021, Sp.
