						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The provisions of this article apply to all lands in the Commonwealth, whether publicly or privately owned. However, no <span class="dictionary">well</span> commenced prior to July 1, 1990, shall be required to be plugged or abandoned solely for purposes of complying with the conservation provisions of this article. <a id="paragraph-299918" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/45.2-1615/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
