						<section><p>The mine <span class="dictionary">foreman</span> shall examine every escapeway for hazardous conditions at least weekly. The mine <span class="dictionary">foreman</span> shall mark his initials and the date at each place examined, and if a hazardous condition is found, it shall be reported promptly.
