						<section><p>Each mine operator shall provide approved <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> protection to miners. Every miner shall wear approved <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> protection in any area of excess noise levels in accordance with the mine&#x2019;s <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> conservation program approved under 30 C.F.R.
