						<section><p>Any firefighting <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span>, ambulance, rescue or life-saving <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span>, or <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> used by police, firefighting, or rescue personnel as a command center at the scene of incidents may be equipped with and use an illuminated identification system of a type approved by the <span class="dictionary">Superintendent</span> to enable aircraft more easily to read number <span class="dictionary">decals</span> and other identifying markings on the roofs of such <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span>. Any such illuminated identification system may be used when the <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> is in <span class="dictionary">motion</span> or stationary.</p></section></text><history>2015, c. 333.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
