						<section><p>Whenever a <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> is parked so that the beam from its headlights will glare into the eyes of the <span class="dictionary">driver</span> of a <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> approaching on a <span class="dictionary">highway</span>, the <span class="dictionary">operator</span> of the parked <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> shall dim or use the low beam of such <span class="dictionary">lights</span> so that glaring rays are not projected into the eyes of an approaching <span class="dictionary">driver</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-279.1; 1950, p. 54; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-273; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
