						<section><p>Any person who knowingly makes any false <span class="dictionary">affidavit</span> or knowingly swears or <span class="dictionary">affirms</span> falsely to any matter or thing required by this title or the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> incidental to his administration of this title to be sworn to or <span class="dictionary">affirmed</span> shall be guilty of <span class="dictionary">perjury</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-66; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-15; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
