						<section><p>It shall be unlawful for any person to drive on a <span class="dictionary">highway</span> in the Commonwealth any <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> or reconstructed <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span>, other than a <span class="dictionary">motorcycle</span> or <span class="dictionary">autocycle</span>, registered in the Commonwealth that was manufactured, assembled, or reconstructed after July 1, 1970, unless the <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> is equipped with a windshield.</p></section></text><history>1970, c. 22, &#xA7; 46.1-293.1; 1989, c. 727; 2014, cc. 53, 256.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
