						<section><p>It shall be unlawful for the <span class="dictionary">operator</span> of any <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> on a public <span class="dictionary">highway</span> to display or permit the display within the vehicle of any image, <span class="dictionary">motion</span> picture, or video display that is obscene as defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="&quot;Obscene&quot; defined" href="/18.2-372/">18.2-372</a> if such image, <span class="dictionary">motion</span> picture, or video display can be seen by persons outside the vehicle. Violation of this section shall constitute a Class 4 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>2005, c. 669.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
