						<section><p>All fines or forfeitures collected on <span class="dictionary">conviction</span> of any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this title punishable as felonies, <span class="dictionary">misdemeanors</span>, or <span class="dictionary">traffic infractions</span> shall be paid into the state treasury to be credited to the Literary Fund unless a different form of payment is required specifically by this title.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-20; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-18; 1989, c. 727; 2012, c. 408.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
