						<section><p>The term &#x201C;inspection&#x201D; as herein used shall not include repairs or adjustments. Repairs or adjustments necessary to bring the <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> into conformity with this title may be made by agreement between the <span class="dictionary">owner</span> and such station or whatever repair station the <span class="dictionary">owner</span> may select. If such adjustments or repairs are made by anyone other than an official inspection station, such <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> shall again be inspected by an official inspection station.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-321; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-322; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
