						<section><p>No safety inspection approval sticker shall be issued under this article to any publicly or privately owned <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> (i) used for garbage and refuse collection and disposal or (ii) having a manufacturer&#x2019;s gross <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> weight rating of 10,001 pounds or more and used primarily for <span class="dictionary">highway</span> repair or maintenance unless any such <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> is equipped with a device, in good working <span class="dictionary">order</span>, which automatically emits an audible alarm signal when the <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> is operated in <span class="dictionary">reverse</span> gear.
