						<section><p>At the time when a vehicle owner registers as a <span class="dictionary">shared vehicle owner</span> on a <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">peer-to-peer vehicle sharing</span> platform</span> and prior to when the <span class="dictionary">shared vehicle owner</span> makes a shared vehicle available for vehicle sharing on the <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">peer-to-peer vehicle sharing</span> platform</span>, the <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">peer-to-peer vehicle sharing</span> platform</span> shall notify the <span class="dictionary">shared vehicle owner</span> that, if the shared vehicle has a <span class="dictionary">lien</span> against it, the use of the shared vehicle through a <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">peer-to-peer vehicle sharing</span> platform</span>, including use without physical damage coverage, may violate the terms of the <span class="dictionary">contract</span> with the lienholder.</p></section></text><history>2020, c. 1266.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
