						<section><p>Each <span class="dictionary">dealer</span> shall notify the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> in writing immediately when a <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">dealer</span>-<span class="dictionary">operator</span></span> who holds a certificate of qualification dies, becomes disabled, retires, is removed, or for any other cause ceases to act as <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">dealer</span>-<span class="dictionary">operator</span></span>. The <span class="dictionary">dealer</span> may continue to operate for 120 days thereafter without a <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">dealer</span>-<span class="dictionary">operator</span></span> and may be granted approval by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> to operate for an additional 60 days on application and good cause shown for such delay.</p></section></text><history>1988, c. 865, &#xA7; 46.1-525.04; 1989, c. 727; 1995, cc. 767, 816.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
