						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, on determining that the provisions of this chapter or the directions of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> are not being complied with by any <span class="dictionary">dealer</span>, may <span class="dictionary">suspend</span>, after a <span class="dictionary">hearing</span>, the right of a <span class="dictionary">dealer</span> to <span class="dictionary">issue</span> temporary <span class="dictionary">license plates</span>.</p></section></text><history>1988, c. 865, &#xA7; 46.1-550.5:21; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
