						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may require <span class="dictionary">driver training schools</span> to notify the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, in a manner prescribed by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, of a scheduled behind-the-wheel examination no less than 48 hours prior to administering such examination.</p></section></text><history>2025, c. 79.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
