						<section><p>Any government entity, including the military, any comprehensive community college in the Virginia Community College System established by the State Board for Community Colleges pursuant to Chapter 29 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/23.1-2900/">23.1-2900</a> et seq.) of Title 23.1, or any <span class="dictionary">department</span>, agency, or instrumentality of a local government, is authorized to provide entry-level driving training to driver trainees, provided that such government entity complies with the requirements of this article. Notwithstanding the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Licenses required for school and instructors" href="/46.2-1708/">46.2-1708</a>, no government entity or trainer employed by a government entity will be required to be licensed by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> to provide <span class="dictionary">entry-level driver training</span>.</p></section></text><history>2019, c. 750.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
