						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> may alter or <span class="dictionary">amend</span> a <span class="dictionary">license</span>, <span class="dictionary">permit</span>, or <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> at the request of a licensee, permittee, or <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> holder, or upon a <span class="dictionary">finding</span> by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> that a licensee, permittee, or <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> holder failed to observe any of the provisions within this chapter, or any of the rules or regulations of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, or any term, condition, or limitation of such <span class="dictionary">license</span>, <span class="dictionary">permit</span>, or <span class="dictionary">certificate</span>.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 596.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
