						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">sight-seeing carrier</span> shall transport passengers from a specific point or points of origin over regular routes to specific points of interest and back to the point or points of origin. Each passenger shall be issued a ticket on which shall be printed the points of interest and the fare charged for the round trip. Passengers shall be transported only on round trips without stopover <span class="dictionary">privileges</span>, and no part of a fare shall be refunded because of a passenger&#x2019;s refusal to complete the round trip.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 596; 2011, cc. 881, 889.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
