						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">contract passenger carrier</span> shall operate any <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> for the transportation of passengers for compensation on any <span class="dictionary">highway</span> in the Commonwealth on an <span class="dictionary">intrastate</span> basis except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. There shall be no commingling of unrelated passengers by use of a contract between a <span class="dictionary">contract passenger carrier</span> and a licensed <span class="dictionary">broker</span> for the transportation of passengers by <span class="dictionary">motor vehicles</span>.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 596.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
