						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> may alter or <span class="dictionary">amend</span> a <span class="dictionary">permit</span> or <span class="dictionary">certificate of fitness</span> at the request of a permittee or certificate holder or upon a <span class="dictionary">finding</span> by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> that a permittee or certificate holder failed to observe any of the provisions within this chapter, or any of the rules or regulations of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, or any term, condition, or limitation of such <span class="dictionary">permit</span> or certificate.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 596; 2011, cc. 881, 889; 2017, cc. 790, 815.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
