						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> There shall be furnished by every <span class="dictionary">household goods carrier</span> at destination to the consignee of every C.O.D. shipment transported by him a freight bill, if a combination freight bill/bill of lading is not used, which bill shall contain the following information: point of origin, point of destination, date of shipment, description of article or commodity, weight of article or commodity rate, or rates applicable for the service rendered, statement of nature and amounts of charges for special <span class="dictionary">services</span>, where charges incurred, and method of payment of total tariff charges. <a id="paragraph-293573" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/46.2-2159/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
