						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> may provide, at its offices, self-service options that will provide customers with access to the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>&#x2019;s Internet transactions for persons who would prefer to transact their business with the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> accordingly. In determining the form and number of such options, and whether any option will be made available at a location, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall consider the volume of business and the cost effectiveness of implementing any such option at the location.</p></section></text><history>2003, c. 320.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
