						<section><p>Each person or company providing certified escort <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> services shall keep in force at all times valid liability insurance coverage for those classes of insurance defined in &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Personal injury liability" href="/38.2-117/">38.2-117</a> and <a class="law" title="Property damage liability" href="/38.2-118/">38.2-118</a> in the amount of at least $750,000 that has been issued by an insurance carrier authorized to do business in the Commonwealth.</p></section></text><history>2013, cc. 312, 477.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
