						<section><p>Any person under the age of eighteen who applies for a learner&#x2019;s permit under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Learner's permits; fees; certification required" href="/46.2-335/">46.2-335</a> and fails the <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> knowledge test administered pursuant to that section shall not be eligible for retesting for at least fifteen days.</p></section></text><history>1996, c. 1035.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
