						<section><p>If the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> receives notification from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration that a <span class="dictionary">driver</span> determined to constitute an imminent hazard has been disqualified from operating a commercial <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> pursuant to 49 C.F.R. Part 383.52, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall make a notation of such <span class="dictionary">disqualification</span> on the <span class="dictionary">driver</span> record maintained by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> and any <span class="dictionary">disqualification</span> imposed by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> on the <span class="dictionary">driver</span> shall run concurrently with the period of <span class="dictionary">disqualification</span> imposed pursuant to 49 CFR 383.52.</p></section></text><history>2005, c. 513; 2008, c. 190.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
