						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall require that the course of instruction and other relevant <span class="dictionary">materials</span> related to <span class="dictionary">driver</span> training for commercial <span class="dictionary">driver</span>&#x2019;s licenses for Class A, Class B, and Class C commercial <span class="dictionary">motor vehicles</span> include training on the recognition, prevention, and reporting of human trafficking. The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall identify industry-specific <span class="dictionary">materials</span> for use in the training required by this section.</p></section></text><history>2019, c. 352.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
