						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">driver</span> of any <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> involved in any accident resulting in injury to or death of any person, or some person acting for him, shall immediately give notice of the accident to a <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">law</span>-enforcement officer</span>.
