						<section><p>Every person holding the office of medical examiner shall report to the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>: (i) the death of a person in his <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> as a result of a <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> accident, immediately after learning of the death; (ii) on or before the tenth day of each month, all deaths resulting from <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> accidents during the preceding calendar month.
