						<section><p>Reversal on <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> of any <span class="dictionary">conviction</span> because of which <span class="dictionary">conviction</span> any license or registration has been suspended or revoked pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall entitle the holder to the restoration of his license or registration forthwith without proof of <span class="dictionary">financial responsibility</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-427; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-440; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
