						<section><p>When any person is found guilty of a violation of any traffic regulation by a United States <span class="dictionary">magistrate</span> or a <span class="dictionary">judge</span> of a district <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the United States, which violation occurred on a federal reservation, and, for which, if the violation had occurred on the <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">highways</span></span> in the Commonwealth, <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> or <span class="dictionary">suspension</span> of the person&#x2019;s <span class="dictionary">driver</span>&#x2019;s license would be mandatory or discretionary with a <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the Commonwealth, the <span class="dictionary">magistrate</span> or <span class="dictionary">judge</span> is authorized to <span class="dictionary">revoke</span> or <span class="dictionary">suspend</span> the person&#x2019;s <span class="dictionary">driver</span>&#x2019;s license, provided it is forwarded to the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> as is provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span> as to <span class="dictionary">courts</span> of the Commonwealth.</p></section></text><history>1966, c. 591, &#xA7; 46.1-441.1; 1976, c. 62; 1984, c. 780; 1985, c. 90; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
