						<section><p>The failure of a <span class="dictionary">nonresident</span> to report an accident as required in this title shall constitute sufficient ground for <span class="dictionary">suspension</span> or <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> of his <span class="dictionary">privileges</span> of driving a <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> in the Commonwealth and of driving within the Commonwealth of any <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span> owned by him.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-452; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-464; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
