						<section><p>If a final judgment rendered against the principal on the <span class="dictionary">bond</span> filed with the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> as provided in this chapter is not satisfied within fifteen days after its rendition, the <span class="dictionary">judgment creditor</span> may, for his own use and benefit and at his sole expense, bring an action on the <span class="dictionary">bond</span> in the name of the Commonwealth against the company or persons executing the <span class="dictionary">bond</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-472; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-483; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
