						<section><p>Whenever the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> <span class="dictionary">issues</span> a <span class="dictionary">probation</span>, <span class="dictionary">suspension</span> or <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> <span class="dictionary">order</span> in accordance with any provision of this chapter, the <span class="dictionary">order</span> shall provide the addressee with a minimum of ten days&#x2019; notice and shall be served as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Notice of suspension or revocation of license" href="/46.2-416/">46.2-416</a>.</p></section></text><history>1974, c. 453, &#xA7; 46.1-514.17; 1980, c. 704; 1984, c. 673; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
