						<section><p>From any action by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> under this title suspending or revoking, rescinding or cancelling the registration of any <span class="dictionary">motor vehicle</span>, <span class="dictionary">trailer</span>, or <span class="dictionary">semitrailer</span> or suspending, revoking, cancelling, or repossessing any registration card, <span class="dictionary">license plates</span>, or <span class="dictionary">decals</span> or denying an application for transfer of title, an <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> shall lie in accordance with the Administrative Process Act (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Short title; purpose" href="/2.2-4000/">2.2-4000</a> et seq.).</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 46-60; 1958, c. 541, &#xA7; 46.1-61; 1972, c. 609; 1979, c. 478; 1986, c. 615; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
