						<section><p>A covered farm <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> as defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Registration of covered farm vehicles" href="/46.2-649.3/">46.2-649.3</a>, including the <span class="dictionary">operator</span> of that <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span>, is exempt from the following:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Any requirement relating to commercial <span class="dictionary">driver</span>&#x2019;s licenses in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 49 C.F.R. Part 383; <a id="paragraph-298081" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/46.2-649.4/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="2"><p><span class="prefix-number">2.</span> Any requirement relating to controlled substances and alcohol use and testing in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 49 C.F.R. Part 382; <a id="paragraph-298082" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/46.2-649.4/#2"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="3"><p><span class="prefix-number">3.</span> Any requirement in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 49 C.F.R. Part 391, Subpart E, Physical Qualifications and Examinations; <a id="paragraph-298083" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/46.2-649.4/#3"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="4"><p><span class="prefix-number">4.</span> Any requirement in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 49 C.F.R.
