						<section><p>No person shall occupy a house trailer or <span class="dictionary">camping trailer</span> while it is being towed on a public <span class="dictionary">highway</span> in this Commonwealth. No <span class="dictionary">operator</span> of a towing <span class="dictionary">vehicle</span> shall knowingly permit another person to occupy a house trailer or <span class="dictionary">camping trailer</span> as defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/46.2-100/">46.2-100</a> while it is being towed.
