						<section><p>The hauling of any explosive, flammable, or other hazardous cargo, as prohibited by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> of Transportation under the authority of &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Traffic regulations; penalty" href="/33.2-210/">33.2-210</a> and <a class="law" title="Power and authority of Commonwealth Transportation Board relating to the Interstate System, generally" href="/33.2-300/">33.2-300</a>, through any tunnel on any <span class="dictionary">highway</span> in the Commonwealth in violation of any lawfully posted sign shall constitute a Class 1 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>1984, c. 488, &#xA7; 46.1-228.1; 1989, c. 727.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
