						<section><p>Upon any such <span class="dictionary">presentment</span> the <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall <span class="dictionary">order</span> a copy thereof to be served upon the person or persons presented, or whose property is presented, in the manner prescribed by <span class="dictionary">law</span> as to the service of notices.
