						<section><p>Failure of any holder of a <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> or permit issued by and under the authority of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> to comply with any of the requirements of &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Bonds, insurance or certificate of insurance required prior to issuance of certificate or permit" href="/5.1-116/">5.1-116</a>, <a class="law" title="Bonds or insurance to be kept in force" href="/5.1-117/">5.1-117</a> or <a class="law" title="Policies, bonds or certificates to be filed with Commission; securities deposited in lieu thereof" href="/5.1-118/">5.1-118</a> shall be cause without further proceedings for the <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> or suspension of the <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> or permit, and upon further proceedings for the imposition of a fine not exceeding $1,000.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 56-174; 1970, c. 708.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
